Warranty Period

All products come with warranties with varying durations. You may easily locate the warranty for each product here:

The warranty period for the furniture starts from the date of delivery.

Please note that item(s) on clearance sale and special event sales do not carry this warranty.


Warranty Claim

All you need to do is to verify your purchase with us, then show us the defects in pictures or videos. We will follow up with you subsequently.

Kindly be noted that this warranty only covers normal household use. We do not cover any rented, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use. It only applies to MUMU Living furniture that you purchase directly from our official website at new.mumuliving.com or directly from our in-store (showroom). We are not liable to any MUMU Living products that are sold to you by a non-authorized reseller.


Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all item or part is free from material manufacturing defects and conforms to the description of the product in the website.

NOT under Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover any loss or damage suffered by you or anyone else arising from:

  1. Daily or accidental wear and tear
  2. Modification of product that has not been authorized in writing
  3. Exposure to extreme temperature (under sunlight) or humidity
  4. Misuse, negligence, or abuse of the product
  5. Improper maintenance
  6. Unauthorized repair

This warranty does not cover any item(s) that is purchased on Clearance Sale, Special Event Sale, or “AS-IS” as well.


Warranty Services

Based on your description, we will assess whether the defect or malfunction is claimable under the warranty clause.

If it falls under the warranty cover, we may either rectify it by (subject to our discretion):

  1. Rectify the defect to ensure it functions as described in the product description
  2. Exchanging the faulty part with a new part,
  3. Exchange a new one, or
  4. Refund on a prorated depreciation basis.


Charges for Repair Services

  • For repair services that are covered under warranty

Rectification of product defect is FREE OF CHARGE. We will charge a transportation fee of RM80.00.

  • For repair services that are NOT covered under warranty

We will provide you with a quotation of repair fees (depending on the product defect). We will charge a transportation fee of RM80.00.
