Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. To make sure that our customers love the MUMU Living experience, we go out of our way to provide a comprehensive return and refund policy.

Change of Mind Policy

It’s okay to change your mind!

MUMU Living provides a change of mind exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase and 5 days prior to the delivery date.

The item(s) you are changing must be the same or not less than your original item amount. If the new item(s) costs higher, you’re required to pay the difference while setting up the exchange. For the item(s) that costs lesser than your original item amount, the balance will strictly refund in store credit. Kindly note that the change of mind exchange is strictly prohibited once item(s) is delivered.

The customer is advised to double-check and confirm all the relevant specifications such as product dimension, material, and styles prior to placing an order. You can always message us to ask for additional information or just visit our beautiful showroom in IDCC Shah Alam to see in actual item(s) – just Google Map or Waze “Mumu Living”

Return Policy

During each delivery session, our delivery team will guide the customer to perform an overall check on the item(s) delivered prior to you acknowledging the receipt of the item(s) in good and agreeable condition, ie. Signing the delivery order (DO).

The item(s) can be returned under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) got serious damaged during delivery

Every piece of our furniture is safely packaged in a flat box or wrapped with double protection for safe transit from our warehouse to the customer’s premises. Installation and delivery are also handled by our professionally trained in-house handlers.

In the rare occurrence of item(s) being damaged during delivery, you can return the item on the spot – just contact the customer support officer or write a note on the delivery order (DO), and we will arrange to send a replacement at our soonest without any extra charges.

However, if the damage of the item(s) is reported to us after acknowledging the receipt of the item(s) in good and agreeable condition, ie. Signing the delivery order (DO), your request for a return will be subject to our discretion. In most cases we will proceed with a repair and maintenance procedure, additional transport and service charges may apply.

  • Incorrect item(s) is being delivered

Though rare, there is a possibility of an incorrect item being delivered to you. You can return the item during the delivery session. Please contact our customer support officer and we will arrange to send the correct item to you at our soonest without any extra charges.


Return Eligibility

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

  1. New condition and unused
  2. Original packaging
  3. Item is not marked as “As-Is” or “Final Sale” (indicated on the product page)


Return Process

Our customer support team will be in close contact with you from the point of confirming your order and delivery details to the point of actual delivery to your address. You may just WhatsApp us or contact us through any of our social media channels. Calling the office or email works too – whichever is more convenient for you!


Refund Policy

We strictly do not accept returns and refunds for change of mind.

For item(s) with stock availability of 40 days, if we are not able to fulfill the order within this period, you may request a full refund in cash.

All requests for a refund will be subject to MUMU Living’s discretion.


Refund Amount

For any return request due to a manufacturing defect or our negligence, we will bear all the costs incurred to ensure you receive the item(s) as per your purchase order.

For return and refund requested due to special reasons, acceptance of return will be subject to our discretion. Please note that all delivery costs and assembly fees (if any) are non-refundable. There will be additional 20% restocking fees, transportation, and service charges apply. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Assembly Fee (if any) – Restocking Fee (20% of Final Paid Price)  

Products should be unusedin a resalable condition and with their original packaging fully intact. Mumu Living has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return or refund and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return or refund.


Store Credit

Store credit will be issued when customers return the item(s) that are not eligible for a refund. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date you received the promo code from our support team. You are allowed to purchase other item(s) from our store with the issued store credit.
