i. Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Our showroom is located at IDCC Shah Alam and we are open daily, from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. Feel free to visit us anytime!

 

ii. Do you display all products in your showroom?

We have a selection of our products available for viewing at our showroom. Unfortunately, we are not able to display everything on our website due to space constraints.

Before making a visit, you can call us at 03-5545 3337 to check the availability of product display that you wish to view at our showroom. Our showroom is open daily, 10.00 am – 7.00 pm. We are located at IDCC Shah Alam, just Google Map or Waze “Mumu Living”.

 

iii. Are your prices online the same as in-store?

Definitely yes! We apply the “Same Price Policy” on both storewide and sitewide, applicable for any promotional events and clearance sales as well.

 

iv. How is my item(s) being delivered?

For orders within West Malaysia will be delivered by truck. For East Malaysia, item(s) will be delivered using door-to-door ocean freight by our logistic partner.

v. Do you offer customization?

Nope. Currently, we do not provide customization but if you are looking for some designer style furniture, we definitely can satisfy your needs

 

vi. Do you charge for delivery fees? How much?

Yes. Below are the delivery fees that we charge based on different areas.

vii. Can I choose my delivery date?

You may mention the delivery date and time for truck delivery. Do leave us a note in the comment section upon checking out if you have a preferred delivery day and time.

viii. Can I change or cancel my delivery booking?

If you wish to change your delivery booking, just inform us ahead. We are more than happy to make adjustments for you. Kindly inform us 3 days in advance before the agreed delivery day.

If you cancel your scheduled delivery after you reply “CONFIRM” to the Delivery Confirmation Message sent to your registered phone number, we will have to charge a re-delivery fee.

 

ix. Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes. We deliver on Saturdays.

x. All your items are in Ready Stock?

Nope. Some of our items are pre-order. You are able to see the stock availability under every product page.

xi. Can I place a corporate or bulk order on behalf of ID Company?

Yes. Kindly WhatsApp us at 016 228 6712 or email [email protected] with your name, contact number, company name, and more details about your project, we’ll get back to you by the next working day.

 

xii. How long can I keep the item(s) purchased in your store?

We can hold the item(s) in the store for 6 months from the day of purchase. Refer to Product Availability & Warehouse Keeping.

 

xiii. How do I place an order on Mumu Living’s website?

These are general steps of your shopping journey with us:

  1. Register an account with us
  2. Choose your product, add to cart, and amend the quantity
  3. Check order details and confirm your shopping cart
  4. Provide shipping and billing information
  5. Select the shipping method
  6. Final confirmation of your order
  7. Choose payment options and finalize the payment amount
  8. Order details will be shown on your screen once you placed order
  9. Our customer support officer will contact you shortly for delivery booking

 

xiv. How do I use a discount code?

You may apply a discount code on the shopping cart page. Once you get to your shopping cart, you will find a “coupon code” column on the bottom left, it’s where you can put the discount code that you have.

xv. How do I amend my order?

For order amendment, kindly contact us through [email protected] or call us at 03-5545 3337. Our hotline is open daily from 10 am – 7 pm.

 

xvi. How do I cancel my order?

For order cancellation, kindly contact us through [email protected] or call us at 03-5545 3337. Our hotline is open daily from 10 am – 7 pm.

 

v. What if MUMU Living could not meet the promised availability and delivery date?

In the rare occurrence of such a situation, we will get in contact with the customer to give the latest update of the item(s). For more information, refer to Product Availability & Warehouse Keeping.

 

vi. How long do I have to wait before my order gets processed?

Your order will be processed within 1 day. Our operating hours are from Monday to Sunday, 10.00 am – 7.00 pm. Our customer support officer will get in contact with you for the delivery schedule right after your order has been processed.

 

vii. What are the payment methods available?
